DIY Sauerkraut Station

12:00pm to 3:00pm

Prepare and pack your very own jar of cabbage to take home and turn into sauerkraut with Cara-Lee Langston from Wildcraft Kitchen. 
 
Cara is a South African-born nutritionist, herbalist, wildcrafter, and educator. She holds a Certificate in Medical Herbalism from the Botanologos School of Herbal Studies and a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health. Based in Southern Appalachia, Cara-Lee provides food education and nature-based experiences for children and adults.
